Hi All

Please find attached the Athletics Program with the Area Draw, plus the Order of Events for the day.  Remember this is a guide as heats could turn into semi-finals depending on how many turn up on the day so it is vitally important that you listen to the MC in relation to this.

The following is a list of what to do from when you arrive

1) Arrive at Ballinderreen GAA pitch and pay the Entry Fee of € 5 per adult. Children Under 18 and OAP's are free to enter on the day. This is a Cash Only Event as we do not have the facility to have people pay by Card.

2) Follow the instructions of the Car Park officials. It is important that you keep the car parking as tight as possible to allow for a higher number of cars to park in the venue.

3) You get your Area Numbers which can be collected in an office athe back of the stand. I would suggest that you have one person collect the area numbers for the area and give them out that way. It is important that you put the Area Number on the front and the back of the singlet / jersey / top as this is to help judges for officiating.

4) Assembly is at the far end of the pitch at the back of the goal outside of the gate to the pitch. We will be following the order of events as laid out in the program.  However it is vitally important that you listen to the MC for any changes to this during the day. 

5) Field Events will be in the centre of the pitch.  I hope to have an order of events by the end of the week to let you know.

We ask that you all be patient with us during the running of the event, we are all volunteers at the end of the day and all want to do our best for the children taking part.

I will be sending on the Entries (who is in the races) later on today for you all to check if they are correct and that I have not made any error when transferring the names from the ORS system
